The location stood out as a major plus, just a minute's walk from Rossio train station and very close to metro services. I loved the convenience of having trams and buses only a couple of minutes away. The room in the bed in 4-Bed Male Dormitory was decent, providing a comfy space for a solo traveler. However, there were a few frustrating issues. The shower on my floor didn't work, which meant waiting in line for the one functional bathroom with multiple guests around. It was uncomfortable, especially after a long day of exploring. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired in some areas. the bathrooms could use more regular upkeep. Overall, while the location was fantastic, the amenities and maintenance definitely need attention.

The deluxe room offered a decent amount of space for a family and had a generally clean ambiance.

Power outages plagued the entire stay, impacting our ability to use the heater and charge devices, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, opening the apartment was a chore due to a persistent lock problem, while the thin walls allowed us to hear everything from neighboring apartments.

poor wifi

had a relaxing couple of nights at heart after exploring the city. the location was perfect, with major attractions like alfama and the cathedral just a stroll away. the staff made everything easy, especially during my late-night check-in.

the wifi didn’t reach the bedrooms.

This place was super clean and the staff was ready to help you when needed. Also the kitchen was fully equipped and we made some nice family meals together.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.
